As an 'IT Infrastructure & Field Engineer' you are responsible for the establishment of IT services and providing continual ongoing support and maintenance - making sure the performance, reliability and protection of all IT services meets the business needs. This includes IT services at the core (Datacentres and Cloud) and the edge (Construction Sites and Permanent Locations). You are also a support pillar for the wider team competent in handling basic through to complex incidents and requests. Managing your time effectively; working your normal hours whilst also providing additional coverage out of hours for support for work which cannot be completed during business operational hours.
